When I went into the store, the ladies always speak to you to let you know that they will be right with you. The store is always clean. But most of all they always has a smile and very friendly.

Initially, when I walked intothe store, the two sales associates that were upfront, did not greet me or acknowledge my presence. I waited almost 20 minutes and one of the associates spoke to me after I loudly stated "the customer services in this store is unprofessional, they do not greet customers when they walk in." Laquasia was not upfront when I walked in, so she was not the uprofessional one. Once LaQuasia came upfront, she greeted me with a smile and offered assistance. If she had not come when she did, I would have left the store, never to return due to the other sales assosciates rude behavior. LaQuasia was professional, kind and helpful that I asked for her card so I can engage her the next time if and when I decide to patronize this store, again. In addition, this store does not have enough asosciates scheduled for a Saturday. When I finally left, there were at least 20-25 customers, with the line out the door and only 3 people to see them--the time to be seen is unacceptable. Almost a 30 minute wait before a customer can be seen. If I had came to the store with that line, I would have left because my prior visit took almost 30 minutes before I was greeted.

Before I heard of pandora I didn’t think jewelry was this good until I actually tried it and actually fell in love I surely believe that I will be back soon

There is a problem with using the ID.me for discounts. Associates look for a barcode but there is never one that pops up. I think it’s more beneficial and a faster process for customers to just show whichever ID they need to get the discounts and associates scan the barcodes they have.
