The reason being was not because of the sale associate or quality but quantities. Since purchasing my rose gold bracelet you all don’t have much to choose from I don’t want my bracelet rose gold and silver I wanted all the way rose gold. I purchase frequently but may have to start looking around at other jewelers due to the limited selection on rose gold charms Other than this the store is excellent

I was ignored at first by 2 sales associates. This store ALWAYS has a bad odor.

After waiting in my car I received text that it was my turn inside the store. I walk in and before I could say anything a sale associate leaves her customer and rushes up to me and says loudly “we have a wait list and you will have to put your name down and wait.” She didn’t even ask if I received a text to come in. The other associate told her I texted this lady that it was her turn in the store. The loud associate then takes the tablet and says, still loudly, you’re not doing this right. I told her she should have checked with the other associate before she rushed up in my face. I love pandora but I will not send anyone to this location.

While I was waiting to get help, one of the sales associates seemed to be frustrated and in a hurry with the customer they were with. I was fortunate not to be waited on her. She then got on a personal phone call (I guess, she was talking out loud to someone), just seemed very unprofessional.

I was asked to sign in to be next. I signed in and stood browsing. A shorter black female associate was leaning against a chair and made eye contact but did not offer to help. After 10 minutes an older black female customer entered and the associate immediately approached her and asked if she could help. Another associate (who was also a black female) noticed and asked if I needed assistance. I replied, “Yes, I was told to sign in to be helped.” She immediately helped and was very nice. I ended up making a purchase just over $200. (The customer taken ahead of me did not make a purchase, so there’s karma for you). I would like to believe the employee was just lazy and not paying attention and there was no racial bias. She didn’t seem too thrilled to be at work. I’ve had multiple associates of all colors who were more than willing to help in the past, so I think it just came down to a lackadaisical attitude. You never let the customer see if you’re having a bad day. I didn’t find out her name, but she is about 5’5” tall with long fake eyelashes and was wearing dark framed glasses. I hope she isn’t there when I go back in February.

In all honesty, there were two things that were off-putting about my experience yesterday. There was a rancid smell throughout the store (almost like someone was cooking eggrolls). Then i felt rushed to make my selection/decision, not really being offered time to look for other things- in which i was prepared to purchase.
