Friday: The sales associate didn't give me the personal shipping experience in the beginning at the outlet store. She seemed to be better after I started making selections. Saturday: The engagement just wasn't there.

The sales associates were not as estatic compared to the first time I shopped at pandora. It was obvious they were just there to get a paycheck.

Because at this particular store they don't do the Engraving on the charms to say exactly what you would like them to say. Other than that everything else was great.

The selection is limited in our store I like shopping online better selection, I feel like pandora can do better deals for what we pay

A lot of charms I needed for my bracelet were not available and are sold online only I guess. What I wanted I have to order online.

I enjoyed the visit and was very satisfied with the customer service. I put an item on hold and I was scared it wouldn’t be there but it was! I’ve been looking for this charm for a while and finally found it! Thank you Rashid for your service!

It may be the store design but it is hard to see the charms under the glass and all the bright lights. The lights reflect off the glass display case. Some of the charms were upside down or turned over in the display jewelry box. Also, the store had terrible echo and it was hard to communicate with sales person between the other customers and sales associates. The sales associate was not able to pull the tray so I could get a better look at the charms due to store policy but 2 other sales associates pulled out the trays for their customers. I was given a catalog instead which still makes the charms hard to see and read. I also felt rushed like the sales associate was trying to move on to another customer or didn't want to be bothered with me. When shopping for jewelry and charms a little patience would be greatly appreciated especially when all items aren't on display and/or not in stock. I enjoy shopping for Pandora and the people I shop for love Pandora but I don't know if I'll return to this store or use this associate in the future. I've shopped Pandora for more than 10 years and I'm a Pandora Card Holder, this was the first poor in-store experience.
