One associate was not rude per se but not friendly either. Not a big deal, didn’t mention it but at least smoke, and ask how I’m doing. The other associate who helped me was very nice and very knowledgeable. If I had to roll the dice hoping I got the nice person again, I’d just rather buy online. That’s what I’ll do from here on out. I shop at Pandoras all across the country for my wife’s bracelet and now my daughter’s new bracelet. I/we/they look forward to those trips so they will suffice but our home store is a no.

The glass cases were empty, due to the fact that they were rearranging the jewelry, so there wasn’t a lot of items and the cases to look at.

stood in a line for about 15-20 minutes only to figure out to go to the back counter for pick up and not needing to sign in for a 30 minute wait with walk ins. no one greeting customers and giving any direction of what was going on. customers figuring it out as I did.

It never fails a item I want is always out of stock. I don’t think I’ve ever been to the store and this hasn’t happened.

The items I wanted to purchase were not in stocks. I wasn't allow to exchange a bracelet that falls off and no safely clasp was in stock. But I found one in a display case.
