The associate fumbled around trying to find what I was wanting. Then it took forbever to find the bracelet I needed. They ended up giving me the display bracelet because they couldn’t find the bracelet. Unorganized.

My experience was on 2/14 and of course it's a very busy day but I would have expected more staff to be on hand to assist.

It was the Sunday after Thanksgiving and I think the employees were a little burnt out. I like it when an employee makes suggestions or tries to show me something new. I did not have this associate do that this time, but it's ok. I knew what I was going in to look for and was highly surprised everything I wanted to see was still in stock after black Friday.

The salesperson made me feel rushed. While I was attempting to look at the merchandise, she was swinging the door back and forth to the cabinet, fidgeting, etc. she finally indicated that her ADHD was kicking in (something that I didn’t need to know).

The reason that I was not highly satisfied is availability. A lot of charms that I seem online was not available in the Friendly Store in Greensboro.

when I wanted to see the charms; i had to keep asking the sales associate to change the selection. i wish the charms were more spread out so I could see them all at once.
