The sales associate that helped me was very nice and helpful. She did have a question while working the IPod or tablet when completing my transaction. I think she may have been new. She was trying to get someone to help her, but everyone kept passing her on to the next associate. She was very apologetic and I didn't mind waiting because she was so kind.

The store was only allowing one person in the store at a time so I had to wait for about 10 minutes outside before I could enter. Once I was in the store the sales associates was very helpful!

I was looking for something in particular that the store did not have in stock. I spent close to $50, but would've spent about $100 more. The store did not have more stackable wishbone rings available, so I only bought one.

When you first walked in the store it had a sour smell. This store always very low, and out of stock in merchandise selection. I live in the Triad area but always traveling a 70miles outside my area.

I began with a friendly salesperson who was helpful with me selecting a new bracelet. My niece was with me and I bought her a first time bracelet and charm. She also helped her. Then this salesperson said “I think that’s my phone.” She asked another salesperson to watch us —- I believed she would answer the phone and tell them to call back. However, she NEVER returned. Not even to excuse herself. The salesperson we continued to deal with lacked the outgoing warm personality of the first salesperson. That changed the whole atmosphere in the shop for us and I prematurely ended my purchases. I could have purchased more charms but not with a salesperson who lacked any personality.

Store had no gift boxes available. Had to carry item out without even a bag. Would not go back just because it’s in a different city then where I live. Not because of the box issue.

There were not many workers available, and I had to wait a while to be serviced. There was also no social distancing in the store, and after the lady serviced one customer, she didn't sanitize her hands.

The selection at this store was very limited for the high traffic area that is in, I was expecting to have more choices of charms, bracelets & clamps. This store didn't carry any Real Gold products which is what I needed for my bracelet.
