The banger bracelet that I purchase keep breaking & I have had to replace it 3 times now, and the sale associate acted as if it would be a problem with me getting if replaced. I was also told that I couldn't get it replaced again.

Felt like there should’ve been more sale options. there was not al lot of sell options. During this crisis not a lot of people have extra money to purchase the luxury items so at this time there should have been more sales

I just was upset about how they were assisting other customers before me that walked in after me. Acted like I didn’t have the money to afford what I got and actually I bought more than expected because of the new bracelet. They need better quality workers. I will go to Hanes Mall location or TangerOutlets before I ever come here again.

Associate didn't know what was on display. I exchanged a bracelet I wasn't allowed to try on from the Thursday before and she said they didn't have the size I needed and I had to tell her there was one on display.

The wait for service was 45 minutes! The selection was reduced from my previous experiences at this particular store. Some people waited outside on the sidewalk where it was a very chilly day.

The selection of merchandise was not there this time like it has always been in the past. The associate appeared to me new and did not know the products better than I did. When asking for specific charms, she had no idea what tray it would be on and when she was told, she only worried about the trays in the section we were standing in instead of checking the trays in the other sections as well, i.e. there are 2 heart trays, but only one where she was helping me at. Just the most dissatisfied trip I have ever made to Pandora.

Tania decided to give my son a paper box as well with thee plastic bag it came in from behind your counter. Being a frequent shopper with you're company I know for a fact his earrings we're to be placed in a jewelry box. I didn't appreciate her decision without even asking me was it alright? Nor I or my son experienced the highly satisfied pandora experience. Thank you
