The sales associate was extended transactional, borderline bothered and annoyed

Did not have the two items I was looking for. The store didn’t have an idea when they would get the charms I was looking for. There were not catalogs available. I was told to go on line, I might find the charms there. There wasn’t a large selection. Left the store dissatisfied.

I was satisfied. Just did not have as many options as I was hoping for. I did leave with merchandise thoygh.

When I came in they just said stand at a line so when the associates came to help they didn't go in no order. She just walked to whoever she wanted to but even though I was skipped my associate was really nice

The store was small and a little congested. There were sales associates available but I had to ask someone to help me.

I'm just satisfied

A customer who came into the store after I did received help before I did. Other than that I was pleased with my visit.

Website said store wasn't opening until 11am. I arrived at 10 to find it was in fact open. Glad I arrived early because within 15-20 minutes the line outside was long. At least a 20-30 minute wait and it was raining

Long lines outside the store due to store occupancy...location needs to be bigger so u can staff more. Also alot of bracelets where out of stock.

Even though it was a free gift it was while supplies last. With the money I spent, I felt I deserve a gift.
