My boyfriend and I were the only ones in the store and the sales associates did not appear for at least 5 minutes. It’s no big deal though because we were just looking around for a charm for my mom but still it looked kind of bad.

I needed a bracelet fixed and due to the holidays I could not get my bracelet repaired I was highly upset because the associate that was helping didn't know that they weren't doing repairs so another associate had to come tell me.

It was extremely crowded. Wasn’t able to maintain 6 feet distance and it was even worse for the associates. In order to help all the guest they were literally on top of each other behind the cases

I would have liked to see more trays at once, to compare charms, or to have been shown the new charms first.

I bought charms x3 and was very satisfied but i was disappointed in how low thw stock was. I wanted to purchase a mini earring (the anchor) and they couldn't find any mini earrings at all.

Selection was poor. Front case was empty. Had an advertisement for the Up charm but no merchandise. Looked like a going out of business sale.

Certain items were out of stock. The bracelet selection were slim and the earring choices were slim. My experience was very good, i just wanted to see more
