This store was robbed awhile back and then COVID19 hit. I would think that their stock would have been replenished by now. Especially if the company was reopening. I have a Mickey themed bracket and there was NOTHING to select from.

I understand that the pandemic had affected the inventory in the store. I would like to return as soon as the store has a chance to restock.

I purchased a ring, which I exchanged when it lost stones. Head to return again (for lost stones) but this time did to exchange for charms, which none if the ones I wanted were in store, stocked. Requested a gift card instead, stop i could purchase online, but the store was out of those also. Then Covid hit. So..... just finished my return and got the gift card yesterday. Yay

There was a limited amount of merchandise in the store therefore the selection was poor. I have a charm that is threaded and I was told that the thread was stripped because of the charm sliding along the chain although the chain of the bracelet is a smaller diameter than the threaded piece which made no sense. Although I’m sure the sales associate was attempting To be friendly I found her comments about charms being “less expensive“ somewhat offputting as I was spending funds given to me at Christmas and was prepared to add additional funds and make a larger purchase. I opted for just 3 charms and left.

The sales associate was not very helpful and wasn’t showing us much, we ended up looking in the book to find what we wanted. The cashier seemed very irritated and like she didn’t want to speak to us or listen. The store used to be so friendly and we have shopped with pandora since before stores were opened. My mother even asked if they were going to be closing by the way everyone was acting. We will continue to buy from pandora just maybe online.

The customer service was good, however, this is the second time that I have been in this Pandora location and they never have the charms I want.
