Pandora Jewelry

While the sales girl was pleasant I was not overly impressed. I believe she was new because another sales person came over to assist which was not neccessary. Also I don't remember either salesperson introducing themselves. In the past the service was great. Maybe an off day.

Not all charms were displayed so I had to ask for specific ones. Wish all were displayed. The sales associate was very patient and friendly.

Had hoped for more selection. Lots for younger girls but not as much for older. Not much with pearls ect

I found the people their very helpful. I think some items are a bit pricey. Overall setting is good. Good music as well.

The representative assumed I was very familiar with Pandora's products, when it was my very first time in the store. She didn't ask that until the end of the transaction.

I was not highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because I think the workers could be more friendly towards customers. No one was rude but I just think they could be more welcoming.

I love Pandora’s statement in jewelry. I said a few words describing what I wanted, and the Associate went right to it. It is a beautiful piece of jewelry, but the chain on the necklace is too short and I have to look for a solution to this issue. For the price, this should not happen.

there is space for improvement with friendliness at the store

At this store their not the friendliest but it’s the closest one to where I live. The clerk that helped us that day was ok but time for her to leave.

I hate to wait like 30 minutes for a sales associate to help me.
