Pandora Jewelry

The Pandora Store at Friendly Center in Greensboro, NC had limited merchandise available and this was my first charm purchase (received the bracelet for Mother's Day). Some items did not have prices and I didn't want to keep asking the sales associate to look up the prices.

When I always go to this store they greet me. They give me other options to buy when I’m not sure. The environment is always nice.

Many of the display cases were empty and they had very little inventory to choose from

The only reason I rated as not highly satisfied is because they didn't have the size of the bracelet I was looking for, also y return to the store within 4 days and both times they didn't have bags

The sales assiciate was not the friendliest. She seemed to standback and let the customer take the lead. However, before the end of the sale she warmed up a fraction.

Nothing to do with the employees but due to holiday shoppers it was extremely packed and a little wait time

All the charms I wanted were out of stock.

Receptionist or associate who was taking names assumed my daughter and I we're with another person and did not get our name. I know it was a misunderstanding, although it placed us down further on the list.

I had really wanted a charm for Costa Rica, like the one you have for Puerto Rico but you did not have one.
