Because the Pandora bracelet that I was looking for they don't send them no more

The necklace that I was looking for was not in stock and the sales associate helping me with my merchandise wasn’t knowledgeable about the item.

Associate couldn't locate 2 of the items that I was looking for and wasn't knowledgeable. Didn't tell me I could order I had to ask him! I did purchase one other item, wasn't a good visit today and it usually is

The sales associate, at times, made me feel like maybe I didn't know how to design my bracelet. She bragged about her Disney trips and wanted me to bring in my bracelets the next time so she could help me design them. So without even seeing my bracelets, she wanted to change them like I was inadequate to do it correctly. I don't think she meant it in a mean way but I do believe it was way over the top and I did not appreciate it.

The friendly shopping center, particularly on a Saturday is a nightmare!! Poor parking, cars coming at you every direction.

I was waited on by a man who was not the normal Pandora guru that I am used too. He was not as knowledgeable I did not believe nor as upbeat as the ladies I usually purchase from.

Not enough merchandise in stock. I think y'all should career charms for peoples jobs like guns or handcuffs for police, fire hydrants for fire and ems. Just a thought.

They did not have a discontinued section

The gentleman Malcolm, he hovered over my wife and I while we were looking through the sales book during the big sales event. While he stood there he was doodling on paper the entire time making us feel awkward and uncomfortable. My wife purchased one of the honey bee collections, she got the display because it was the last one. The charm was on the pull out string at that front of the store it stated $50. When he took it off of the display he stated it was the last one, she was excited she was getting the last one, she stated it’s $50 & he just simply said no it’s $65 we didn’t change the display cube. I believe this was sort of rude because she was getting the last one, that was a display, and she wasn’t paying the price that was plain to see on the little pull out string.

Last 3 times the Pandora stores (including Winston Salem) have not had 1 or more of items I want in stock. Example: Open Essense Bracelet took a long time to get to the store
