The sales clerk could not locate the items I went in for and the ones on display she did not get out to show until after a long search for items in the stock. I was in the store for over 30 minutes for something that should have only taken a 10 to 15 minutes.

I was hoping for a wider selection of bracelets for younger girls. The cost of the charm was a little pricey.

Store is very crowded. Your name goes on a wait list. It is hard to wander around and look at displays as customers and staff are trying to get to the merchandise. So we looked through a little booklet while we stood as much out of the way as we could. It’s good that business is good but you need to know exactly what you want before you go in because it’s hard to spend leisurely time looking when you feel crowded.

A bracelet that I owned for a short time broke after a few wears. There seemed to be uncertainty about how to return it at the register, but the manager resolved the issue. It was not a big deal, just not a smooth transaction in my opinion.

The sales associate didn’t seem to be engaging regarding the product. He seemed like he was a little distracted. In his defense, the store was steady with customers, but it was a little disappointing that we were not offered add on purchase options or suggestions. The sales associate seemed very nice, but distracted when assisting us.

Was not greeted when entering the store. I was standing there for at least 5min and no one ask if i need it help I had to ask for help in order to get someone to assist me. I was there to buy 2 princess crown rings for my two daughters but because of the service I only bought one because my daughter was with me and she really wanted it or I would've had left the store empty handed.

a lot of the merchandise I was looking for were unavailable. So I had to look for other options on the gift. The store needs to be restock on their items.

I was looking for Disney beads. The selection was rather limited. I wish they had a better selection to choose from.
