Lenay at the Greensboro Friendly location was such a pleasure to work with. I told her it was my first time inn a Pandora store and I saw a bracelet I like online but I wanted to see it in person. She helped my find the perfect size bracelet and pick out the perfect starter charms to show my boyfriend since he was purchasing this for me as a birthday gift. Thanks girl so much for your help!

I have always had nothing but great service At Friendly Center Pandora. The staff here is outstanding. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Gloria was an excellent associate and showed me the perfect charms for my granddaughter.

Cause Gloria, the pandora representative was very nice and helpful with what I was looking for, she was very talkative and we share some ideas

Delaney was extremely knowledgeable about the different options available which was helpful as this was my first visit AND my first bracelet. She helped inquire about my personal taste and hobbies etc to assist me in selecting my first charms without making me feel pressured to overbuy which I found genuine and really appreciated.
