Pandora Jewelry

Never been to Pandora before. Did not know what to expect - the Pandora items I have were gifts. Liked the store and the associates, but feel that the pricing is a little high.

I WAS VERY satisfied with my visit to the Pandora Store.My sales associate was very helpful at helping find what I wanted and what size braclet I would be more compatable with. SHE EVEN CLEANED MY OLD BRACLET.iJUST DID NOT USE THE WORD HIGHLY SATISFIED.

I buy these for my wife its know big deal to me.

I rarely rate highly satisfied for services. I only give that rating when service has been beyond what is expected.

Two days after the holiday the sales associate told me they were no longer wrapping, then another rep stepped in stated that should would wrap my gift

The size of the bracelet that I wanted was unavailable, so I had to get a smaller size. The associate ringing up my purchase was rude, she didn’t smile or greet me and was rude the the associate that helped me.

The ring I came for couldn't be located in my size and they didn't know when/if it would be available.

I felt like certain staff were annoyed I made a return and purchased something else/ I asked for several charms they were out of and had to go to Etsy to purchase them at a much lower cost , although I would have gladly paid the Pandora price;?and they were authentic Pandora charms. Some staff have a real bad attitude as far as customer service.

I asked to see 3 different charms and they were all 3 out. We had to ask for help after the initial greeting.

There were a lot of people in the store, so I fully understand the rush to assist. However, I wanted time to look and make sure of what I wanted, as well my mother was with me & wanted help too. It seemed they only wanted to help me & then get me finished up quickly. I prefer to have time to make sure what I am purchasing is really what I want.
