I was not Highly Satisfied with my Pandora experience because after my bracelet size exchange was complete, I was interested in purchasing a particular charm that I had previously viewed online. The charm that I was interested in was the: Paw Prints, Clear CZ, but this location was sold out. I am a huge animal advocate and an Adoptive Dog lover, so I was slightly disappointed that I had to choose another charm; I ended up purchasing the "Buddy” charm but I love it just as much.

No acknowledgement from any staff when I entered store. Had to ask for assistance.

People were friendly, but I had to seek help. They were all gathered behind the counter. I felt that they were not really interested in helping me. However, the girl that helped me was very good. I had to wait for her to finish with another customer to get help. The other people were not stepping up to help while she was busy.

I am a Pandora collector and I knew exactly what I wanted when I went in. The associates are always friendly and helpful.

I was looking for something specific to sororities. I was sure pandora would carry an Alfa Kappa Alpha charm, but you don't. I recommend you all carrying sorority charms it's an untapped market for you.

Did not the sizes of rings in stock. Did not know when they would get stock in the store. Did not know if ring would fit could not find the ring sizes.

I always love shopping at this location and my experience this time was no different EXCEPT that I had to wait way too long. There were only two sales associates available. Others were present, but training in the back. I typically wouldn't have been bothered by this but I was on a time constraint. My service otherwise was superb.
