My daughter has a pandora bracelet which we payed around $90 for so she wanted another charm to add to the bracelet and the charm was $45 half the price of the bracelet ridiculously priced

I have a stackable set ring that is very special to me and a stone fell out. It was a gift but I am barely over the 1 year mark and it cant be fixed or replaced even if I paid for repairs

Sales associate did not have a warm personality. Would only allow viewing thru case instead of bringing tray to top of counter. Lighting was not good. After my bracelet was cleaned sales rep did not offer to assist with clasping it on and I lost the entire bracelet shortly after leaving the store.

Available. . . . all of the merchandise was staked on top of each in the showcases there was no way to view anything, I purchased 1 charm bracelet but only 1 charm, I wanted to buy 5 charms, but when I ask to view certain charms they were held under the glass for viewing. Very Un-happy!

It was unpleasant because the person who attended me smelled of cigarettes so much that I left with a headache, she was not at all kind or willing to show me different designs nor had the disposition to show me how to put on the bracelet since I had let her understand that it was my first time in a Pandora store, the experience with the saleswoman was fatal.

The people working at the time were not very welcoming and almost seem kind of rude. When we first arrived they didn’t greet us at all. They almost seemed like they just wanted us out so that they didn’t have to do anything.

The store looked like no one wiped the glass or takes care of the jewelry. Very low inventory. The sales associate was nice enough I suppose.

It felt like the sales associate held a discriminatory view on the fact that I looked young. She was not very friendly and acted as if I was not going to purchase anything. It felt rather pressuring to quickly purchase instead of taking my time.
