The sales associate did not know where the items I wanted where. They were busy so she really couldn’t ask for help which is understandable, but she did not know where to look for what I really wanted. She flipped & flipped through the book trying to price an item finally someone told her which section to look in, but for my other item she was no help. I am still in disbelief at how she could not help me.

I was in this store to purchase a birthday gift for my daughter, it was her first Pandora, so it was a special time for us. One of the associates was a bit rude, only to my family in the store. This associate was NOT the one who helped us. The associate who helped us was very nice and helpful. The other woman seemed impatient and tried to rush the associate helping us, which in turn made me feel like my family was being rushed. Another associate was half dressed in a see-through tank top, very unprofessional! Even though the lady who assisted my family was very nice and professional, I will not be returning to this location.

I was not satisfied with my purchase because the associate had a bit of an attitude when we walked in. After started to help her attitude changed and I then found what I needed. This store should move to a bigger location.

I was very unhappy with the clip charms available. I just purchased Pandora for the first time last year with the style of the new bracelets. However now the charms are limited and that's isn't good for me.

The sales associate did not seem to care about helping my friend and I in finding rings. We were excited for this but felt the sales associate was kind of rude and did not seem interested in helping us or taking us seriously.

The sales associates were disengaged. They did not conduct themselves in a professional manner. The store was not clean and the product availability was poor.

A free gift was advertised on purchases over 125 and I spent 176.00. I asked about the bracelet and the associate said they didn’t have any. I thought just maybe one could be ordered for me or something. He said no and that’s it!!
