The associate didn’t have knowledge of how to exchange and wouldn’t honor the price of the online item sale.

The staff wasn’t very friendly

There were five people working not reallly friendly and slow checkout

I had to wait an extremely long time before an associate would even acknowledge me. Meanwhile three associates were assisting one customer.

I was very disappointed that there was such limited availability of merchandise.

Sales guy wrote incorrect number for charm I purchased and I detected this after I was on my way home. I was over charged.

The sales associate didn't seem to knowledgeable about the product. I also didn't think it was professional to hold a conversation with other people while assisting me. The cashier wasn't friendly or welcoming either. I've just received better customer service at a different location.

I didn't feel valued as a customer . Sales associate didn't smile the entire time he assisted me.

Although it was not very busy, I felt very rushed through. I will be returning today to exchange my purchases.

Needed more disney selection.
