Didn’t have what I wanted and was low on stock.The sales person knew very little about Pandora.Had to get another person.No books and the person wasn’t very friendly.

I walked into the store that had a horrible smell and ummm sure that’s something that has to do the with building and it the actual store. I wanted a best friend charm set and while you all had a nice selection. The one I decided to go with had a price tag of &75 on the back tag however, when the associate scanned the booklet it came up as $85 instead. While I went ahead and signed up for the preferred student discount because I’m a teacher I felt the price on the back of the actual item should have been the price that was honored. The associate just said that wasn’t the price even through it had the picture of the two charms as well. So I was disappointed that I felt like I paid more than I should have. I also wondered if these charms are sterling silver or what’s the quality that makes you all charge this much for charms that start to discolor after some times. I’ve noticed that with other people and their bracelets. I’m kind of new to the Pandora world.

Male employee was not friendly and acted as if we were bothering him. Customer service was not at the level as expected.

The service was extremely low and I understand it is during the holidays. However they had limited ppl to coming in the store, which was due to the experience. But by the time I waited outside for almost an hour they eventually just let us all in the store. I waited a total of 2 hours before I was helped. I feel like if the customer they are waiting on isn't sure what they want, they should move on to the next. Just to keep it flowing for those who actually do know. Or maybe hand out a catalog of we have to wait to give ppl some ideas of what they would like

I went for a cleaning and a repair and was told they are not doing it because of the holidays. But I go every so often and always the same answer just a different excuse.

The lady who helped me seemed like she hated being there. She was very short when I’d ask her questions. I realized one of my purchases was priced wrong. When I came back in a few minutes later to tell her, she didn’t even look up to explain anything. She just said, “it’s online only”. That was it. Very unfriendly.

Before coming to the store I made a call twice and received voicemail. The associate at the store did not know how to handle my problem she had to make a call for assistance. After waiting 30 minutes my issue was resolved.

I have two visits. First visit associate did not have enough knowledge of products. I ended up only buying one item.

The initial sales person was not wearing a mask and seemed upset when I asked for her to either put on a mask or I would wait for a masked associate. She passed me on to another associate wearing a mask. The second associate was very helpful & respectful. The first associate seemed angry at my mask request. I will not be going back to that store.
