The sales associate had no idea what products I was talking about even when I ga e the exact name, showed her the item on display and showed on line. She was clueless. Had it not been for the gentleman working she would not have found the items I wanted.

I was rushed by the sales associate. She was very short with me. And only allowed me to choose from 2 or 3 jewelry boxes. After paying for my two charms she walked away fast grabbed her lunch and rushed to the back of the store.

Long wait line outside of store...not enough sales associates staffed. It was Valentines weekend and store closed 6pm on Saturday....when it stayed online it would be open til 8pm. Went back Sunday and was in line for 2hours. Store is too small for location!

I was misinformed by sales associate about a piece I purchased. The gold safety clip charm I tried on was not the silver safety clip I purchased. I asked the associate if they were the same, she said they were. Turns out they're not, and a $20 price difference.

I understand social distancing but we were told to tand in specific areas and we were not able to actually shop. I would have bought more but didn't want to go through the process..disappointing after standing in line for 45 minutes to get inside.

I've been to 4 different Pandora stores in the past week. All sales associates are very rude. They seem like they don't care about customers, could be just me but I didn't feel welcoming at all, they are doing other stuff while I'm trying to decide what I want and ask them to show me which jewelry.

The sales associate did not know the merchandise well. I was specifically looking for baby themed charm, she said there’s only one. I had to show her online how there were more to choose from and then she found those in store. I said I also wanted a bracelet and she asked which style. I said I didn’t know which styles there are. She blank stared at me. Again I looked online to see the styles. I should’ve just shopped online altogether I guess.

The staff is not friendly or helpful and the selection in this store is always bare to minimum.

Very limited selection , couldn’t clean necklace nor bracelet & promotional free “together “ charm was not available. Two associates gave different responses at the same time when I asked about the charm. And that!! Turned me off, I asked , which is correct? I was the only customer in the store! A black woman.. ummmm🤔
