The store just really didn’t have what I was look for rose gold charms. Well really I don’t remember seeing many of the other charms either. And the people was just just.

The workers act like they was prejudice towards black people. The workers just kept looking at me like I wasn't going to buy anything. The interaction was very timid except for one younger lady that told me about the charms. I will drive an hour away before returning to this store on Friendly Ave Greensboro NC.

La persona que me atendió en este lugar me trató con indiferencia al parecer pensaba que me iba a tomar algo si no le preguntaba no me daba opciones de verdad me sentí muy mal y me miraba con indiferencia le preguntaba un precio y me respondía con indiferencia sentía que se preguntaba ¿ si no va a comprar para que preguntas? muy mal su atención

Sales associates understaffed, overworked (assuming from their overall attitudes). Not very friendly and acted disgusted by every question. Store was seriously lacking in merchandise. Would have assumed due to holiday season- but, this generally happens in pandora store. I always end up going to a jewelry store that carries pandora (or online)

I was dissatisfied with my experience because of the sales associate. My plan was to purchase a Pandora bracelet and 3 charms as birthday gifts for 3 individuals however the associate was extremely off putting. While I was trying to purchase she grumbled to another associate about when the next associate was coming in and how she’s tired of people not showing up to work. Also, instead of being helpful, she basically kept telling me that they barely had any charms left and I had to keep asking about different charms instead of her giving suggestions based upon what was available (she suggested that I go to Jared’s). I only ended up buying 2 charms because I needed them that day for a party.

While being in the store I went in to return a ring that had turned my finger green. I've had this ring before and it didn't happen but the thing is that they exchanged it for a different size and later turned my finger green I went in and the person who handled my sale seems to be in a rush to get me out when there was no one in the store during my visit. I was a little indecisive on what to pick and she seems bothered to help me. The store was a mess it did not seem clean and or knowing what they had in stock.
