The sales man did not seem very friendly, and I decided not to purchase a new bracelet at this time due to this.

The items I went to purchase were not in stock. I opted for alternate items..they were not even available. I had to purchase an alternate item and am awaiting a call to exchange it 'when' you get another bracelet my size in the store again. Mgr seemed not to have any answers AT ALL nor did she engage or seem very interested. She did however, agree I could purchase and exchange after I made the suggestion to Doria. Mgr had no suggestions and was not very accommodating Doria assisted, suggested and was very helpful..How can you have a major sale without bracelets and charms in stock?

The sales associate seemed inconvenienced by having to help me. Not to mention they had hardly any of the earring selections in stock. The sales associate hardly talked to me while helping me. When checking out she put the earrings in the box without actually making the effort to attach them to holders in the box. When I finally got home I realized that the earrings had two different backs on them.

I went in looking for a charm for my niece and mom. Upon asking to see the new Mother’s Day charms located in the tray I was told by Rachel she could not bring the tray out for me to look at the charms. Basically I had to look through the glass. Looking through the glass is not a great way to sell merchandise. I wasn’t going to steal anything. Also I didn’t purchase a mother’s day charm because I felt as though she was rude. I called back and complained to the manager Brandy. She apologized and said I could come back and look in the store. I said no that I was on my way home. I don’t live in Greensboro. I made a special trip to go to Pandora at friendly. I live 45 minutes away. From now on I will shop at another location.

The sales person that waited on me was very lackadaisical and unprofessional. She showed me what I asked for but her whole demeanor was just uninterested and unprofessional.

The sales representative, Malcolm was very rude I asked to see some items and he only allowed me to see the items through the showcase glass. Malcolm then offered me a Pandora booklet for a better visual instead of taking the actual items out of the display case. This suggested to me that he did not trust me with the items or do his job. I have never felt so disrespect and humiliated in a Pandora Store and I have visited a few stores in the US. I do believe if it was not for my physical appearance I would have been treated better. I still purchased a charm from this location.

All sales associates were busy but when I walked into store I was never greeted, acknowledged or told I’ll be with you in a minute. The customer service needs improvement. And the sales associate made eye contact but never acknowledged me. Disappointing.

The merchandise that I selected was not available in my size and instead of offering any solution I was told to “call several times a week to check if it was in stock.” The sales associate seemed rushed and was not very personable, even though there wasn’t anyone else besides myself in the store. She did not bag up the jewelry I bought but instead insisted that I wear it out of the store.
