When trying to find a promise ring for my girlfriend, I came into the store with 4 rings in mind. All four rings could not be found in her size and the other selection was not good.

The lady working was very rude and nasty. Not the customer service I have ever received from a Pandora store. I was still looking at stuff to purchase and she walks off and goes to the back for at least 15min. I had two charms I wanted to purchase. Very racist and rude. I will never visit this location again.

sales associate was very rude when i asked to see charms, would only let me see one box and wasn’t very patient with me when i was just trying to look at the merchandise.

The staff was rude. I returned the items and the refund was revoked after I left the store. The merchandise was returned and I was not refunded. The staff Alana and Rasheed was very rude and unprofessional. $293.56 was stolen from me.

No one acknowledge, speak to you when you come in. It was very crowded when only 2 people behind desk. The associate was rude and rush you. Not a lot to choose from or what I was looking for.

I bought 2 pieces of jewelery total $340 they were both sets. Took them to my daughter birthday party and she opens one box and it's completely empty. I felt like a complete fool, how could this happen and more importantly how will this get fixed.

I came in with my friends. Signed my name like they asked since it was a bit busy inside. I was ignored and skipped over for thirty minutes, they didn't even cross out my name, so they skipped me. It took me interfering for me to purchase a gift.
