There we 3 associates working only 1 spoke the other 2 did absolutely nothing to help at all . I had called the night before to have an item held and she couldn’t find it and that’s where the other 2 were no help at all even after she ask very rude and disrespectful I WILL NEVER SHOP THE GREENSBORO STORE AGAIN

I saw a charm online. I came in just wanting to get the one charm quickly. I had my 2 year old son so the quicker the better. The 2 associates were already helping other customers so we were just walking around. Another associate came out of the back after a bit to help us. I told him the charm I wanted he rang me up and we left. Only to find out several hours later when I went to put the charm on my bracelet it was not on the box.

Natalie the first sale representative was vary rude not interested in helping me look or purchase the bracelet and charm I was looking for. I asked to see a book since she had no knowledge of the charm she actually shoved the book through the placid glass which was between us I ask her..did you shove that book at me response was yes I did I shoved it. I ask if someone to help me the whole while I was in the store she STARED AT ME. Poor customer service the manger was not concerned of the complaint I made to her about Natalie

There was a line out the door and there were 2 workers wandering around the store rather than helping shoppers. 3 workers to help when the line is down the sidewalk is unsatisfactory

The associate that checked me out was fine. I visited 2 stores, the one I purchased the item from. The experience i had with the manager in the store i purchased from was as if she didn't want to be there or she seemed as though she didn't like her job. She didn't offer to assist and I had to call her to come help me after she is debating with another associate on why he had to go on break. I just had to tell her that I had been to 2 stores and the service sucked and you guys act as though you didn't want to be here. She didn't want to show me anything really just the vibe was sooooooooo bad. Horrible. Location friendly center Greensboro, NC. The second experience Mebane outlet, Mebane NC Same experience just a rushed experience. This was my first time buying at pandora and to be honest I am not impressed at all. Tiffany and the high end has far greater service but if it wasn't for my daughter for christmas I would not spend my money in this store or recommend.

This is the second charm I have bought since covid at this store while you are about the only customer the clerks are leaning on counters and making no interest to talk with you assist and when you tell what you want they seem like you are imposing on them. The store used to be happy filled now it is bored staff that don’t want to be bothered.

They let people enter and shop with out masks ... the selection was non existent and no one showed me how to exactly use my bracelet

The majority of sales associates were not knowledgeable regarding inventory of store, one employee in particular was exceptionally rude and not very informative or helpful for our experience at Pandora. Overall didn’t seem as if they really took any enjoyment with dealing with customers. Will not be returning to this Pandora location.
