The employees seemed uninterested in helping me to get a suitable replacement for my broken charm. Every charm I chose the store didn't have.

the selection I was looking was not available. the store clerk I spoke with over the phone was rude and not helpful. The store did not have available merchandise. I was unable to order while in the store offline.

My husband and I visited this store for him to purchase me a birthday present. I am building a pandora bracelet with blue accents. Inventory was pitiful. Everything I asked about was out of stock. Sales person did not try to connect with me to find other charms of possible interest. I bought one charm but was hoping to purchase 2. I asked about birth month charms. They were out of nearly all but about 5 of the year charms. No March. It's March 3. Heard other sales persons telling her customer the same story..."We out of that."

In the past the sales associate have taken out various charms and spoke with us and help us look for the best charm. Terrence was not interested in helping us. I asked him to clean my bracelet and he said bring back another time and I get it good and shiny. I just did a quick clean. The store was empty. It was my Birthday and I expected better. Simply disappointed.

was given wrong item had to go back also had to return a Christmas gift because of a broken chain replacement at that time was out of stock here it is 2 months later still out of stock shimmering rose necklace

I was helped by the same associate during the holidays as well as after the holidays to exchange.This is a high traffic store, there was poor selection of stock both during the holidays and after Christmas. Sales associate seemed disinterested with the product, tired, and had trouble locating trays. She also took a long time to locate product (seemed inefficient) and made us feel like we were bothering her. Management neglected to put up a sign that they were closing early on my 12/30 visit and yelled at multiple customers who gestured about the doors being locked three hours early. Sales associate informed us that they never know what product is coming in or when. Selection of charms extremely limited throughout the month of December. I took my business to a local Jared and received phenomenal customer service. I will drive 20 minutes (vs 5 min) to go to that store from now on. All staff at Friendly Center seemed overworked, disinterested, tired, and short tempered. This should've been a fun experience but was extremely disappointing.
