I came in to get a necklace for a charm found what I needed and the associate helped me

I received excellent service and my sales associate told me about services pandora offered that no other associate had ever told me about. I shop with pandora often and no one ever told me about complimentary cleaning or 1 year warranty. My sales associate did and was able to replace a broken bracelet I had in my purse on the spot.

The staff was very friendly! I was very indecisive but she made sure to show me ALL my options with my particular size. Gloria definitely made this experience the best and even helped with my purchase!
