Dorri was amazing and helped my stepdaughter choose her very first charms!

I wanted to purchase a birthday present for my daughter. She has a vast collection from Pandora and I know I can't go wrong If I help grow that collection. The staff at my Local Pandora store were very helpful and friendly and made my purchasing experience wonderful. The sales associate that was in charge of my purchase even offered 10% off with signing up for the Pandora credit card. So I took advantage of the offer. I will be returning to the store for my next purchase.

Kaitlin was very helpful. She was knowledgeable, patient, and assisted me with a charm for a friend. She made suggestions, and she also cleaned my bracelet.

I rated that I am highly satisfied with this interaction because I was greeted as I entered the store, even though every representative was dealing with a customer. As soon as the rep completed her previous transaction she came over and took care of me. I’ve been a Pandora customer prior to moving to North Carolina and I’m happy to find this location near me. I’ll be back for more.

The associates were very nice and helpful! I told her what I needed for my bracelet and she promptly showed me my choices. She did not try to upsell me which I appreciate, many salespeople try to get you to spend more than you intend, but I never have this problem when visiting the store.

Staff was friendly. Had knowledge of the product I was looking for and let me see how I liked it on my bracelet. Cleaned my bracelet after!

The customer service was excellent, the sales associate was very nice and knowledgeable about the merchandise. She offered to clean our jewelry, this has never been offered at any other Pandora store. Great experience!!
