Pandora has exceeded my expectations. The staff is always so helpful. I bought my mom a bracelet for Christmas and it had fallen off about three times for no apparent reason. We went to pandora to get a safety charm. The team at pandora exchanged the bracelet for a new one since it had fallen off without a reason. We still bought the safety charm out of abundance of caution and the recommendation of the team.

I sent snap shots of items for my husband to search for me for mother's day, he stated the young lady in the store was very helpful. The next day I went back to exchange the necklace because it was too heavy/thick for the charms I was looking to add. The gentleman who waited on me was great and knowledgeable when I showed the picture of what I was looking for.
