I came in to exchange a bracelet for my daughter that I purchased feb 14, this was my second visit for same thing. A gentleman assisted me at first looking for the bracelet that I needed and then all the associates begin to look in different areas trying to find the one I needed. Their attentiveness was Awesome!! Dori took care of me while the others looked, showing me jewelry, as I decided to treat myself since it was my birthday weekend, while I awaited my answer about the bracelet. She is a Jewel, they all were. They didn't have the bracelet again, but the attentiveness that I received was worth the 25 min drive. Dori took my name and number this visit to give me a call once the bracelet comes in. I also purchased two rings during my visit. Pandora your employees on this day MADE My Day!! Thank you all so much!!
