The sales associate that assisted me was extremely helpful. I went in to find out more information about a purchase made online and was able to get that situation handled as well as make additional purchases.

I was assisted within 5 minutes of entering store, even though there was a lot of customers due to the sale going on. What I came to get was out of stock but left with two other items that I am enjoying very much.

They knew what they were doing. They helped me figure out what bracelet to get which is hard because my wrist is tiny! They were very helpful and sharing what looks best.

I had never been to Pandora. There was a bit of a wait outside, which I thought was good with COVID considerations, but there was an organized manner of waiting and maintains place. The jewelry beautiful, store clean, service warm and courteous, pricing value!

Sales associate was very nice. She would not have known the starter bracelet I bought was going to pull the hairs on my arm.

The young lady Janay was amazing in waiting on me very friendly and knowledgeable of what she was selling me.

Pandora is a very affordable gift with lots of items to choose from. The associates are always pleasant. The store is clean and I feel safe.

Sales associates were very knowledgeable about the items. They made suggestions. Even though it was busy they were very calm and were able to move the line quickly.

Went in and the store was packed so I went to dinner and came back and it was empty. It took a while to get service tho even tho I was the only person in the store, she was too busy reorganizing what little was left.

I had seen some sale items online prior to going into the Pandora store. The sales associate that helped me was fairly new to the store but still knowledgeable about the products. My wait wasn’t long considering the holiday season.
