The salesperson, Nakia, was very knowledgeable about the product and extremely helpful with questions while providing feedback. Her ability to communicate effectively, using interpersonal skills while problem solving display team leadership skills that are exemplary customer service skills to have as an employee.

I had to wait less than 5 minutes to be served. They had a nice selection of merchandise. The sales associate was very knowledgeable. I enjoyed my time making a selection in Pandora.

Marcus was a very big help today, he was very friendly and answered any questions I had, his energy was very positive, he even helped me place my safety chain on my bracelet. He was very helpful and he helped me look for all my charms.

The store was clean, all the workers their are so kind to me and my non speeching english mother. They are already kind and understanding

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The amount of selection was very good. The pricing was quite comparable to other very good jewelry stores. I've been here before and was quite happy then as well. I will most definitely be back.
