Tania was great with helping me select items for my family and keeping me in my budget

I had bought my sister a bracelet and charm about a week ago for her birthday, then the Items were on sale. I was able to return it and buy them back with the sale the price. Not only did I buy them back , I bought 5 more items and still received a great deal.

The assistant was friendly and nice . The line wasn’t long.

The associate (Rashid) was very patient with me while I looked at numerous charms. He also allowed me to select charms for tomorrow (Black Friday sale day for those with Pandora Credit Card) and put them on hold until the sale.

The sales associate that helped me was Will, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was right! I went in to replace a broken bracelet, and ended walking out with many new charms! His friendliness was what I needed after a long day of work. It was probably the best experience I’ve had there, so far.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. The sales associate that assisted me was very courteous and took the time to help me. She also made suggestions about items I might like once I shared what I was looking for.

The merchandise is of quality value. I was highly satisfied. I will definitely be visiting Pandora again.
