The visit was good however they didn’t have anything really for anniversaries and the charm selection was limited

I called the store to ask if the charms that I was looking for were in stock. The lady told me no. They didn’t have 3 out of the 4. When I got to the store to pick up something different I was informed by the young man that did have them. I personally don’t think the lady who answered the phone even bothered to look for them. And I think that was poor customer service, not to mention very lazy of the employee.

Needed to have bracelets cleaned and new gift charm added on while I was there also purchased an additional charm. It was good to be out and I received prompt and courteous service.

Everyone at this location is very helpful & sweet! I came in with an issue from my last purchase & they fixed it very fast!
