The item i was looking for they had. I wand up buying another charm also. And I'll return soon cause i saw another charm that i want.

The 2 women in the store was extremely friendly. The woman I dealt with offered to clean both bracelets, help me exchange a clip that kept falling off my bracelet. She picked out a cute pair of earrings for my granddaughter. And recommended which bracelet will work best for a 2-3 year old. She was awesome
