The staff at the store were super nice and friendly. They made sure that I had found everything I needed. I cannot remember the clerk who sold me the item I bought but all I a say is wow she helped me so much and had a great customer service attitude about her. Definitely will be coming back soon.

I walked in and the associate responded be right with you and she really was. I told her what I needed she measured me and got it for me and I was on my way. All done within my hour lunch time with minutes to spare. I’m a very happy lady.

We walked in the door at 6:50 and the store closed at 7:00. The sales clerk still took the time to sell us 4 rings and 2 pairs of earrings. She was very helpful and friendly.

I was highly satisfied with my experience because the jeweler at this location was very knowledgeable. Her name was Janay she was very accommodating to everyone’s needs and helped us to make the perfect purchase.

I visited Greensboro, NC from Massachusetts, and my best friend & I went in to get matching friendship rings. We were instantly greeted by the first associate upon arrival though she was assisting another customer. Mykel, our associate, was knowledgeable of the products, and even helped us find a different option when we couldn’t find the specific item we went for. He made our short visit super fun, and his customer service skills were impeccable!
