1) There was no long wait. The young lady greeted me and then began helping me. 2)I explained the piece i was looking for and she quickly found it. 3) She was very helpful in finding something for my bracelet that showed my traveling occupation.

Greeted very quickly. The associate was extremely polite and helped me very quickly. I was out of the store in less than 15 minutes.
