The sales lady was very friendly and the store was super clean. I returned and purchased items with no problems at all. They were training sales personnel for their busy season, so they are ahead of the game.

Will and Alana made my visit with my daughter special. When the price was too much they offered me another solution.

Associates were very friendly and knowledgeable. A couple girls recommended different pieces and tried them on my bracelet and showed me earrings too. I love my new items, and will be back to do some Christmas shopping very soon

The associate helped me pick out my birthday gift. She was very patient with me with looking for my gift since it was my first time purchasing. She had a cheerful attitude and help guide me thru plenty of ideas for charms.

I was extremely pleased with my experience at the Pandora store. The charm I needed was in stock, the store was client, the associates were kind and courteous, and I was in and out of the store in a timely manner. My daughter enjoyed the charm she received for her 18th birthday.

I came in two days in a row. Both days my wait was minimal. Employees were very friendly and helpful. As always the small things such as gift wrapping are greatly appreciated!!
