I felt safe with the employees wearing face foverings, hand sanitizer available, limiting people in the store and disenfecting the charms after each handling. The charm I bought was not one I went in to buy but with the associate's help, I liked it better. My daughter also bought a ring and was treated professionally as the young adult she is.
