I thought I ruined my bracelet and was in disbelief that she could fix it. She reassured me that it was just tarnish and was able to fix it. Long behold she did and I was very thankful. My father purchased my bracelet as a gift and I can wear it again!

When you walk into the store they make you feel welcome. The sale lady was so friendly and knew what she was talking about. The store was very clean. The one thing I didn't like was they don't have the books any more.

I was so satisfied with my visit because I was helped by one of the employees. She helped us get very thing we need. And in all we were happy.

Was waited on promptly. Was able to get in and out quickly. Very friendly associate who knew the product and was able to offer suggestions for substitution. .

The staff had an organized system of helping the individuals with questions. The knowledge of the associates was exceptional. The displays were unique and easy to see and study. The prices were excellent and the checkout process flawless in its execution.
