The associate Niyah was absolutely wonderful and was extremely helpful with everything I wanted to see. She recommended other charms in other trays that I might be interested in. No matter what I wanted to see, she helped me and did it with a smile on her face. She was a pleasure. When I changed my mind on one charm, she didn't roll her eyes or do anything she said it was no problem to put it back on the other tray.

I was highly satisfied with my pandora experience because the sales lady that waited on me made me feel special and made me feel as though my purchase was important to her. She was willing to show me the merchandise available without being in a hurry and gave good suggestions. My sales person was great and I would definitely suggest others to visit the pandora store.
