I went in for an item that wasn’t available in the size I needed for a special gift. The sales associate was so nice she made a recommendation of another item that fit the person and the occasion more than the original item I went for. Her taking the time to find what I need will entice me to return there rather than where I had been going. A pleasant experience.

The salesman was very helpful.

I originally made a purchase at the mall in Myrtle Beach while I was on vacation . When I returned home I realized I bought the clip and not the charm. I was within the 30 days return policy and drove on my lunch break to the store at Hanes Mall (30 min away) when I tried to exchange it the sales associate would not do an even exchange even though the clip was $5 more retail but during my original purchase they offered a sale (buy 2 or more and get 25% off) she informed me that I would have to pay the difference because the sale was no longer going on. I didn't feel that was right or fair. She said she could do nothing about it due to a manager not being there. I did not go through with the exchange and needed to leave to drive 30 minutes back to work. I decided to call the Greensboro store. I spoke with Brandy the manager and she was so so pleasant and helpful. She made sure she had what I was looking for before I drove another 30 minutes in the opposite direction. I am so grateful I called and will do all my business in Greensboro.

The Rep was extremely nice and helpful. She greeted me as I walked in and was thorough with explaining the differences between the bracelets and the charms. She was highly knowledgeable about the product.

Know the charm I was looking for from my description. Took the time to ensure my bracelet was balanced and made suggestions as I'm building out the theme I would like to add this was such a difference than Hanes Mall Winston Salem, NC store. The mall itself is very scary, not safe. Greensboro Store did not cater to specific customers but truly made you feel special. Will make the extra drive to Greensboro.
