Jayda made me aware of how to clean my bracelet that I had gotten in the past and took the time to explain how to identify if the charms were original or not. She explained the reason for the chains and they were very pretty and (to keep the bracelet from falling apart and losing charms).

The sales associate was super friendly and helpful. I explained what I was shopping for and she immediately pulled out several items for me to choose from that were perfect! I would recommend this store to anyone shopping for Pandora jewelry.

As soon as I walked in I had been asked if I needed help with anything and the sales associate immediately knew what I was looking for by the picture I described from the website. She was very kind and helpful.
