Store was very busy due to the sale going on and I was waited on within 5 minutes. The sales lady that helped me was very nice and very patient while I chose my items. Very helpful!

Went on lunch hour to get birthday gift. I was greeted and ask if i needed assistance promptly which i accepted. She was very friendly & quick.

I came into this store to purchase one Pandora charm and to redeem a coupon. Well, Mrs. Darla had other plans for me! I’ve never seen someone who truly loves her job as much as she does! We had a wonderful time looking at charms and she added charms to the bracelet I already had then showed me the bangle bracelets. Beautiful!! She put some charms on that, next thing you know I’m the proud owner of 8 new charms and a bangle bracelet! She wasn’t pushy at all, she just knew what I needed 😉 Please take good care of her! She is the perfect example of exceptional customer service!!

I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Friendly Center Pandora. The Sales Associate (Brandy) was very helpful and patient with us and showers us multiple options for earrings. My 15 year old daughter and I left the store feeling happy and confident with our purchase.

The lady that assisted me was sweet and was very patient. She also informed me that there will be new charms coming this summer so I will be back for those.

I was highly satisfied because I walked in and was immediately greeted and waited on. The Sales People were Pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. I was not happy that they only had 1 size of the free bangle with $100 purchase, left. I also was dissatisfied that the selection or inventory of The Shine Collection was very low. Other then that, I love my Pandora and always have a great Sales Experience at Friendly Center.
