I was happy with the ease of exchanging a ring for my daughter who had been given one as a gift. We did not have a receipt but could exchange for the right size/color regardless. My daughter had just turned 18, and had attempted to make the exchange on her own but had no luck. She said that she was told they didn't have the ring in the color she wanted and that they would call her when they did. She never received a call. I think she did not receive the same level of customer service as I did because of her age.

I came to this store during my lunch break. I was able to make my purchase in a timely manner and my gift was wrapped for me.
