The sales associate was friendly, helpful, courteous and patient while I selected and re-elected merchandise to find the perfect one.

The sales staff were very helpful in trying to find the charms that I was looking for. They took my name and number to call me when they get in the charms I was looking for that they were out of.

I had a great shopping experience at the Pandora store in Greensboro NC today. I was very hesitant about going in the store to shop because I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with this particular store. The store manager was excellent, she had to call to get my Pandora credit card number and was extremely nice. I worked with Niyah and Christianna they were professional and very helpful.

Certain things I look for online kinda Excited me but disappointed me , When walking in the store .Back order is what the manager inform me. Future wise ordering online . Thankyou
