The associate was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Worked with Megan G and with my finger I described the shape of the ring I was looking for, and she knew exactly what I was looking for. The atmosphere of the store was so friendly and festive, not only did the salesperson with us a Merry Christmas, but other customers wished us a Merry Christmas as we were leaving!!! There were a lot of people in the store, but they had enough salespeople there to help us right away.

Salesperson was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

They way I was greeted by the store manager was amazing. She was extremely kinda spoke to me like we had been friends for a while, made me very comfortable. The attending sales associates took the same care when listing and working as a team to help me buy the perfect gift for my wife. They even went a step further and shared their own stories and charms with me and help find discounts. I can’t say enough about how absolutely outstanding their customer service was. My wife cried and I can’t wait to go back and share with them the success of my purchase. P.S. they even helped me get her mother a free bracelet because of how much I spent !!

The sales rep of very knowledgeable about the products and as a first time pandora shopper explained everything in detail what I need to know and how to care for it. She asked what I like and showed me many options. She then pointed me in the direction of one of a holiday set that she thought would be perfect for me and it was I’m over the moon happy with my very first pandora bracelet to put my charm that I received for my birthday and now i can show them both off.
