I was greeted with a smile and my questions were answered. I was shown items that would make my bracelet safer to wear. the reason I would not visit again in the next 90 days is I will not be in town, and I don't live close to this location. I will however, return again because the service I received was great!!!

I had the privilege of having the store manager, Suzanne, as my associate. She is very knowledgeable about the product and answered any questions I had. She also provided me a great deal of education on the clasps and care of my new jewelry. She spent time with me having me practice the clasp as she knew I was concerned about being able to do it on my own at home. She was such a sincere and positive person. She provided me with the best customer service I have had in years. She restored my faith in the service industry and those working in it.
