Betty was very friendly and helpful. My fiancee and I were purchasing a ring to act as a sort of "placeholder" while I clean and fit my grandma's ring to her. Betty went out of her way to offer advice on how and where to get the ring cleaned and fitted. Overall a great experience with an excellent salesperson.
